Winning a battle but not the war

An update to this mess:

When I arrived back to the apartment last Sunday, I found:

• The refrigerator turned on
  
• Food
  
• New sheets
  

Things I did not find in the apartment when I returned:

• Italian feminists
  
• Sweet milk
  

Things that disturbed me when I returned:

• My room rearranged (I still can't find things)
  
• My door locked (it was unlocked before, so someone has an extra key)
  
• The gas left on for cooking
